The Effects of Grounding

The Effects of Grounding

Melanie Wutzke-Johnson PhD RN IMD

The human body is inundated with free radicals daily though the environment. EMF exposed blood is: sludgy, clumped, and toxic. Earthing (grounding) is the process of soaking up electrons, because the earth is negatively charged. Taking on electrons automatically detoxifies the cells, because electrons intercept free radicals. Within 2 seconds of becoming grounded, good conductance is achieved.

  • Improves heart rate variability
  • Shifts sympathetic nervous system to better sense of control
  • Increases tranquility

Groundology (2017) reports that the most immediately noticeable effect people experience from being grounded is that they feel better; greater sense of peace, calmer, and less stressed. Pain is often reduced or disappears completely. People who notice negative effects from using computers or other electrical equipment, report a reduction or elimination of these effects when grounded. With regular grounding, numerous health benefits have been observed, such as:

  • Improved immune function
  • Improved digestion
  • Improved sleep
  • Rapid healing of injuries
  • Improved blood circulation
  • Harmonisation and stabilisation of the body’s basic biological rhythms
  • Accelerated recovery from intense athletic activity
  • Reduction of inflammation
  • Reduced stress / anxiety / irritability
  • Reduced electro-sensitivity

Grounding or earthing is by far the easiest, cheapest way to improve health, and to help the body achieve an optimal state of homeostasis.
